Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Guangming

The English speaking staff helped me beyond their duty. Even on his off-time, hotel employee answered all my questions and provided me with more information that a tourist would need.

Only two bottles of water

There are robots driving shopping up and down to every rooms. Their sound settings are set to very, very, very loud children. This is insane. I want to have a quiet night not to be woken up by some robot children shouting. Change this setting, it is completely stupid. Who had this idea? Ridiculous

The team there is amazing. Especially at the front Desk Mr Terry is so professional and helpful.

No swimming pool

Good business hotel next to shopping mall

Very quiet neighborhood at midnight

the eggs, bacon, sausage, breads are awesome. Fruit are very good though i would like more options. Coffee is great, juices ok

Reasonable hotel, good location, basic western breakfast food, much more eastern options if that’s your thing.

My non smoking room had clearly been smoked in and smelt terrible. As I swiped the card and pushed the door open two staff came out, which I thought was odd, I’m not sure if it was staff or customers smoking in the room. I had to call reception to move and they showed me to the room next door, and this also had been smoked in.. but was an also no Smoking room. Whether some one was smoking in the room or the smoke came through the air vents from next door I don’t know. They then showed me a room across the hall, and this was fine. But a terrible start to my stay.

Clean rooms, good hospitality. The hotel is near trade center, some food store and a lot of small restaurants around the hotel. The bank with atm is not far from the hotel.

A lot of food, but only chinese cousine, no one speaks english. No place to have dinner after 2 p.m.

The area where the hotel is located is fantastic. It's walking distance from a metro station and it's right next to a nice shopping mall and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended!

Location is superb, shopping mall and subway station within walking distance.

When I booked my room on booking.com, there was no option to only book for 1 occupant only. I had to book for 2 occupants with 2x breakfast which is a waste of money. Booking.com should look into this seriously.

Good room, clean, good facilities. They extend my check out time. One staff(Fiona) was very kind, and assisted me alot, for going to the exhibition etc

No one could speak basic English (Except 1).Breakfast varity low, not black tea. Only cofee.Stop serving breakfast 10.am. while most hitels stop 10:30 am.
